Main Objectives

  • Prepare, lead, and coordinate activities related to electrical interventions, adhering to safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct assessments of electrical installations and define necessary work to ensure their integrity.
  • Participate in kickoff meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Plan activities and monitor work progress in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Handle unexpected issues and incidents by providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft technical specifications and intervention dossiers.
  • Implement intervention plans while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
  • Conduct risk analyses and propose suitable corrective measures.
  • Organize logistics for interventions, including coordinating necessary resources.
  • Monitor work progress on-site and report any issues that arise.
  • Conduct post-intervention reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Professional certification or degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4) in electricity or electrical engineering / Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a nuclear environment / Solid knowledge of electrical installations and regulations applicable to nuclear power plans / Strong writing and adaptability skills / Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit / Highly organized, with the ability to react effectively to unforeseen challenges / Teamwork, kindness, and performance.
