A key player in the field of marine energy and engineering, our client has been active for several years in the marine energy markets, particularly in EPCI contracts for offshore wind farm substations.

Main Objectives

Your role is to assist the project execution team with Emergency Generator and Fuel Tank files by taking over supplier management and ongoing issues.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing interfaces between suppliers on one side and internal departments (mechanical, structural, electrical, etc.) on the other.

Key Responsibilities

Take over the management of suppliers and address ongoing issues.
Monitor documentation, validate technical documents, and respond to client comments in coordination with suppliers.
Manage interfaces with other departments and resolve issues as needed, in collaboration with suppliers.
Prepare for testing phases and validate test procedures.
Conduct inspections on-site, supported by the relevant technical lead, and follow up on client feedback and issues.

Job Requirements

Technical profil / Expertise in Genset or Process with a focus on interface and priority management / Industry experience in managing interfaces and supplier follow-up / Dynamic and autonomous, capable of gathering information proactively, with support from the technical lead
