Job Overview

Main Objectives

  • Support and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE and contractual obligations
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, proposing safety improvements and enforcing corrective actions
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure transparent HSE reporting

Key Responsibilities

🔹 On-Site Supervision & Support
▪ Assist subcontractors in continuously improving their processes and complying with HSE standards
▪ Monitor worksite conditions and proactively address unsafe situations
▪ Differentiate between “acceptable risks” (where solutions can be adapted) and “unacceptable risks” (where strict corrective action is required)

🔹 Daily Interface with Subcontractors & Client
▪ Act as the main HSE contact for Rosetti Marino on-site
▪ Conduct Safety Tours and maintain direct communication with the client

🔹 HSE Monitoring & Reporting
▪ Prepare reports, coordination meetings, and communication materials
▪ Track and follow up on HSE incidents and declarations
▪ Support the drafting of Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) when necessary
▪ Contribute to Lessons Learned (REX) documentation for current and future projects

🔹 Training & Awareness
▪ Conduct induction, awareness, and training sessions for personnel
▪ Provide remote support for HSE activities when required (from Italy)

Job Requirements

Background in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Engineering, or Construction / Hands-on field experience (construction, industrial, or offshore sites preferred) / Experience with scaffolding and lifting operations is an advantage / Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, coordinate, and enforce safety policies effectively
