Job Overview

A major player in the field of electrical equipment design and manufacturing, our client has been active for several years on the renewable energy markets in France and internationally.

Main Objectives

  • Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources, in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to timelines.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Supervise the design and execution of projects in compliance with quality requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and effectively communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
  • Manage contractual follow-up of projects and identify development opportunities with clients.
  • Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance for all projects.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing to strengthen team skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update project tracking reports.
  • Prepare and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) measures during all project phases.
  • Monitor costs and ensure budget adherence.
  • Analyze and validate project-related risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, regular progress reports.
  • Oversee testing, inspections, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Identify and report additional work or deviations that may impact timelines or budgets.
  • Propose corrective measures as necessary to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Integrate lessons learned into future projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent, with a technical specialization / At least 2 years of experience in project management or as a project manager in the renewable energy sector / Strong understanding of technical concepts and regulations related to renewable energy / Strong client orientation, results-driven, with the ability to lead and motivate a team / Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines / Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication abilities /
